Greetings from all of us here in Roo's Cellar Penang! This blog is a new addition to Roo's Cellar 2007 "out-reach to you" campaign, where we not only showcase our current events and happenings, but also providing tips and some interesting wine facts & history to help you get a better understanding of wines, especially the wines available in Roo's Cellar.

I guess that Roo's Cellar wines are rather pricy and on the high side, but here in Roo's Cellar, we can assure you of our quality of wines, and make sure that our wines are in the best drinking condition for your enjoyment. you wouldn't see "underaged" or"Common" wines here!

I would like to leave you with this quote from a gentleman called Mr Alex Bespaloff

"Never go for the cheapest wines, as it might leave you with a bitter impression of wines. The cost of producing the wines, the cost of the cork, bottling, shipping and taxes are all common and constant in any bottle. Thus, by parting your money a little more for wines, you can be assured of a far better quality wine. Wines can never be too expensive for enjoyment, but cheap wines will always be too expensive"
